It should come as no surprise that I absolutely love to host, mostly because I enjoy creating a beautiful setting for any gathering! Putting together a tablescape is one of my favourite things to do - I have all the years of my mom making me set the table to thank for that!
Whether you're a fan of neutral and simple décor like me or you're craving a burst of colour, there are plenty of ways to infuse your table with festive charm this Easter.
A Neutral Palette
For those who, like me, prefer a more understated aesthetic, incorporating lots of texture and patterns is key. Think soft linen table runners, woven placemats, patterned napkins and wooden accents to add warmth and texture to your table. A centrepiece of fresh flowers in muted tones or a simple arrangement of greenery can add a touch of elegance without overpowering the space. And don't forget the power of candlelight – a few well-placed taper candles can create a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for any occassion.

A Pop of Colour
If you're craving a more colourful Easter table, there are plenty of ways to make a statement with vibrant hues and playful accents. I prefer to add colour using pastel shades of pink, blue, and yellow. Incorporate colourful table linens, dinnerware, and napkins to add a playful touch to your table. And don't be afraid to get creative with your centrepiece – think bowls of dyed Easter eggs, fresh fruit or floral arrangements, or even a whimsical Easter bunny figurine.

No matter which direction you choose to go, don't forget about the little unique touches that make all the difference. You can tie your utensils with ribbon, or add a touch of nature to your table setting - pussy willows placed on a napkin during Easter are my fav!
Whether you prefer a neutral and simple aesthetic or you're all about embracing colour and whimsy, let your table reflect your personality and the spirit of the season.
Happy hosting!
