It's no surprise that I love to entertain, and the summer is my favourite time to do so - outdoor entertaining is such a good vibe! The 2024 TKL Summer Box was curated with my love for summer entertaining in mind. Each piece can be used year round, however it just hits differently displayed outdoors in the summer sun.

Imani Candle Sticks
Elevate your tablescape this season with these candle sticks, which are handmade in India, each one is truly unique with its own character and a charming matte finish. Since I usually prefer light and bright decor, I love to bring it texture wherever I can so that my styling doesn't fall flat. This set has a beautiful texture that can add a little 'somethin' to a fireplace mantle, console table and of course, as a centrepiece on your dining table when entertaining guests. I also think they look great on an island, next to some florals, and stacked with some wood boards for some added contrast and texture.
Confetti Pitcher
The handblown confetti pitcher caught my attention the minute I entered the showroom. It is handcrafted in India, and similar to the candle sticks, each piece is unique. Use it to serve water or cocktails (it works great with the cocktail mix included in the box!), or let it shine as a centrepiece filled with fresh flowers. It’s the perfect blend of function and style. When not in use, the pitcher also looks great displayed on its own if you have open shelving in your kitchen, with the vintage glasses stacked right beside.
As an added bonus, we have included a cocktail spoon in each box, in a brass gold or stainless steel finish. These spoons have a long handle, which makes them perfect for stirring your drinks right in the pitcher.
Maiden Voyage Cocktail Infusion Kit
While the cocktail infusion kit from Maiden Voyage isn't necessarily decor, I thought it was a perfect fit for the box - it has me daydreaming of the sun-kissed shores of the Amalfi Coast. If you're saving your mix for a special evening, the jar is pretty to display on it's own. Alternatively, if you've already dug in, and finished your mix, the jar can be reused (with or without the label) - I love to use mason jars for small bouquets, especially by my kitchen sink.
Vintage- Inspired Tumblers
Vintage-inspired glassware is all the rage this year! The set is made in Italy and bring a touch of classic elegance to your drinkware collection with it's delicate pattern. They’re perfect for summer garden parties yet and look beautifully displayed on table and shelves.
I love a simple, easy and functional way to style my kitchen counters. If you enjoy the same little pleasures, try this.
Grab a wicker tray, layer a pretty dishcloth on top, place your pitcher and vintage-inspired tumblers on top, and perhaps add a small bowl with some lemons. Not only will this look pretty, it will also be ready for any guests that pop in, or simply whenever you're craving a taste of lemon water.
Pick Up Sticks
This nostalgic game of pick-up sticks takes me back to my childhood. While most games are typically tucked away in a cabinet, this one is cute enough to dispaly on your coffee table or bookshelf and is sure to spark fun and memories during family game nights.
Scrunchie
No TKL box is complete without our signature scrunchie. This season’s scrunchie features a beautiful blue floral print that perfectly complements the summer box theme. I think it would look so pretty with a while summer dress, and an effortless bun while you're entertaining.
Digital Downloads
We now have digital downloads exclusive to box subscribers.. YAY! Since technology is a big part of most of our lives, I think it should be pretty too. You would have received a link to desktop and mobile wallpapers, as well as a vintage art print designed especially for this season's box in your inbox. The vintage art print can be printed at any local printer (I typically print at Black or The Printing House). Depending on the size, it can look beautiful displayed on its own, or layered with a mirror, or other pieces of art in your home.
